Digital products

CuePacks, workspaces, MIDI maps and other downloads are non-refundable once the download has started or the files have been accessed, except where the law gives you a right of withdrawal (see EU, EEA and UK customers below).

Physical products: 30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be:

• Unused, in its original condition and original packaging
• Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase

Items we can't take back

• Kvant lasers and other made-to-order or custom products, once the order is in manufacturing
• Items sent back without our approval

Restocking fee

A 25% restocking fee may be deducted from refunds on returned physical items. It does not apply to EU, EEA or UK customers using their 14-day right of withdrawal, or to items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to return an item

1. Email sales@nicelasers.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. The label cost is deducted from your refund, except for items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us right away with your order number and photos, and we'll work with you to fix it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few days to post it.

EU, EEA and UK customers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This also applies to digital downloads, unless you agreed at checkout to start the download right away and acknowledged that you give up this right.

To withdraw, email sales@nicelasers.com within 14 days of your purchase with your name and order details, and we'll confirm by email. This right takes precedence over anything else in this policy, including the 30-day conditions and the restocking fee.

Other terms

We may refuse a return or refund that doesn't meet this policy, and we may update this policy at any time. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, with disputes handled in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing in it limits mandatory consumer rights you have where you live, including the EU, EEA and UK right of withdrawal.
