Thank you for shopping at Nice Lasers Inc. We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. This refund policy provides clear guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure fairness for all parties involved.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital Items

Digital products (cue packs, workspaces, downloadable files, and other digital content) are non-refundable once the download has begun or the content has been accessed — except where a statutory right applies to you (see EU/EEA and UK Consumers below).

Exceptions

  • Custom products or products already in manufacturing (such as Kvant units) cannot be returned.
  • Laser manufacturing takes 0–10 weeks, with potential logistics delays.
  • Unity series lasers are eligible for refunds after receipt.

EU/EEA and UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This right also applies to digital downloads, unless you have expressly agreed at checkout to begin the download immediately and acknowledged that you thereby give up this right.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at sales@nicelasers.com within 14 days of your purchase with your name and order details, and we will confirm your request by email. This 14-day right takes precedence over any other timeframe or restriction in this policy, including the 30-day return conditions and the restocking fee below.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may be deducted from refunds on returned physical items. This fee does not apply to EU/EEA or UK consumers exercising their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Returns Process

To start a return, contact us at sales@nicelasers.com. If your return is accepted:

  • We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspection of Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times vary; please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Limitations

Nice Lasers Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any return or refund that does not meet the policy criteria.
  • Modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including statutory rights of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK.
