Buying a Laser from Nice Lasers
Nice Lasers Inc. is a Los Angeles laser show company, founded in 2013 by touring laser designer Anthony Garcia, and an authorized US dealer for Unity Lasers, Kvant and Pangolin. This page covers what to expect when you buy a laser projector from us.
Price
Projectors are sold at the manufacturer's advertised price. Kvant lasers are quote only: use the quote button on the product page and we will reply by email.
Warranty
Every Unity Lasers projector comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Kvant and Pangolin products carry their manufacturer's warranty; ask us for the terms on the model you are looking at. If something goes wrong, email us and we will start the warranty claim with the manufacturer for you.
Delivery
- In-stock lasers: most US orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. That covers payment clearing (1 to 7 business days), the manufacturer's Florida warehouse shipping your order, and FedEx delivery.
- If a model is on backorder, we email you the expected date. You can wait, switch models, or cancel for a full refund before it ships.
- Kvant lasers are made to order and usually ship within 8 to 10 weeks. We confirm the date with your quote.
- International orders ship with DHL Express; allow a few extra days for customs.
Need it by a date? Ask before you order and we will check current stock with the warehouse. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Returns
You can return an unused laser in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies, except for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Kvant and other made-to-order lasers cannot be returned once they are in manufacturing. Full details are in our refund policy.
Help before and after you buy
Anthony answers laser questions himself. Tell us your room, your audience and your software, and we will recommend a model, or tell you if you need less than you think. After delivery we help with setup, and we teach 1-on-1 lessons on your own rig.
