Shipping policy
Nice Lasers ships from the United States. Most of what we sell is digital and arrives instantly.
Digital products
CuePacks, subscriptions, workspaces and other downloads are delivered right after checkout, on your order confirmation page and by email. There is no shipping charge, and they work anywhere in the world.
Laser projectors and hardware
- Laser projectors ship from the manufacturer's US warehouse in Florida.
- In-stock lasers: most US orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. That covers payment clearing (1 to 7 business days), the warehouse shipping your order, and FedEx delivery (1 to 5 business days).
- If a model is on backorder, we email you the expected date. You can wait, switch models, or cancel for a full refund before it ships.
- Kvant lasers are made to order and usually ship within 8 to 10 weeks. We confirm the date with your quote.
Rates and carriers
- US orders ship with FedEx. International orders ship with DHL Express; allow a few extra days for customs.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and where it's going.
- Laser orders shipping outside the US, Canada and Mexico include an international surcharge, shown at checkout. International laser orders of $5,000 or more are quoted by email.
- Free shipping is included with custom quotes for larger orders. Email sales@nicelasers.com to request one.

Delays
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and can change because of manufacturing timelines, supply issues, carriers, customs or events outside our control. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure.
