How it works
The first hour, in four steps.
- Step 1
Plug in the laser
Power, key, interlock. Aim it above head height.
- Step 2
Connect the FB3
ILDA cable from the laser to the FB3. USB from the FB3 to your PC.
- Step 3
Open QuickShow
Install it and load the Nice Lasers QuickShow Page.
- Step 4
Hit a cue
Click any cue and the laser plays it. Stack them to the music.

QuickShow and the FB3 run on Windows only. They don't run on a Mac, including through Parallels on Apple silicon.

Haze
Beams only show up in the air when there's haze or fog in the room. Without it you still get graphics on a wall.

Questions
What's in the boxes?
The RAW 1.7 comes with the ILDA cable that connects it to the FB3. The FB3 comes with QuickShow. You don't need any other cable between them.
Does it work on a Mac?
No. QuickShow and the FB3 are Windows only. Pangolin's requirements are Windows 10 64-bit or newer, a quad-core i5 or better, 8 GB of RAM and a free USB port. They don't run on a Mac, including through Parallels on Apple silicon.
How long does shipping take?
Plan on 7 to 10 days for delivery in the US. International orders pay a surcharge at checkout.
Do I need a variance?
Public laser shows in the US are regulated by the FDA's CDRH. Two variances are involved: one for the projector, and one for the person operating the show. Pangolin has a walkthrough for filing yours at pangolin.com/pages/file-a-variance.
How do I get more cues later?
The QuickShow CuePack subscription sends new packs to you for $24.99 a month, or buy single packs and bundles from the store.
I already have a laser. Can I just buy the FB3?
Yes. Get the Pangolin FB3 with QuickShow on its own; if your laser has an ILDA input, the FB3 will run it. The two bundles come free with the FB3 either way. The 75% off on the QuickShow Page needs the laser in the order.
