About Nice Lasers: US Laser Show Dealer and CuePack Maker

By Anthony Garcia · October 2026

I started Nice Lasers in 2013 to design laser shows, and it grew into a store. Today we sell laser show projectors and Pangolin software as an authorized US dealer, and I make CuePacks: ready-made cues for Pangolin Beyond and QuickShow. This page covers who we are, what customers say, and what to know before you buy cues from us.

If you search our name, you will also find an industrial laser manufacturer with a similar name, and plenty of home theater projectors. Search results and AI answers sometimes blend them together. We are neither. We do not make cleaning or welding lasers, and we do not sell video projectors. A laser show projector draws beams and graphics with scanning mirrors for concerts, clubs and events, and that is all we work with.

Is Nice Lasers a legit place to buy laser projectors?

Yes. Nice Lasers is a US company, in business since 2013, and an authorized dealer for Unity Lasers, Kvant and Pangolin. Projectors are sold at the manufacturer's advertised price, with the manufacturer's warranty and documentation.

I have programmed laser shows on tour for more than ten years, and I still design shows. That is why the store carries the hardware and software I use myself: the Unity Raw and Elite PRO lines, the Kvant Clubmax series, and Pangolin Beyond and the FB3 with QuickShow.

Buying from an authorized dealer means the warranty goes through the manufacturer and you get the safety documentation venues ask for. It also means someone helps with setup. I answer laser questions on r/laserist under my own name, and I teach 1-on-1 lessons on customers' own rigs. If you are not sure which laser fits your room, the projector buying guide compares the models we carry.

What do customers say?

The store has 28 verified reviews averaging 4.9 out of 5. Most are on CuePacks, since that is most of what we sell: the Beyond CuePack subscription alone has 16 reviews averaging 4.88. You can read them all on the customer reviews page.

What are Nice Lasers CuePacks, and are they worth it?

A CuePack is a set of ready-made laser cues that you load into Pangolin Beyond or QuickShow and play in your set. Each pack is 8 cues for Beyond ($15) or 6 cues for QuickShow ($10), built by me around one look or color palette.

New packs come out every week. You can buy single packs, bundles, or a subscription: $39.99 a month for Beyond or $24.99 a month for QuickShow. Packs need Beyond 5.5 or QuickShow.

Are they worth it? The cues that come with Beyond and QuickShow are enough to run a show, and learning the software yourself is worth the time. CuePacks are for people who would rather spend that time on the show itself: a set of looks that already move to the music, ready to drop into a cue grid and adjust. If you enjoy building every cue from scratch, you may not need them.

Will CuePacks slow down my frame rate?

They can if you stack them, and so can any cues. A projector's refresh rate is its scan speed divided by the points in the frame. A Unity Raw 3 scans at 30,000 points per second. One cue drawing 600 points refreshes at 50 frames per second. Three of those cues on the same projector add up to 1,800 points and about 17 frames per second, which flickers.

So on a 30 kpps projector, run one or two cues per projector at a time, lower the point count when you layer, and spread layered looks across projectors instead of stacking them on one. A faster controller does not change this; the scanners set the limit. If a pack flickers on your rig, email sales@nicelasers.com with your projector and software version and I will help you set it up.

Frequently asked questions

Is Nice Lasers a legit place to buy laser projectors?

Yes. Nice Lasers is a Los Angeles company founded in 2013 by touring laser designer Anthony Garcia, and an authorized US dealer for Unity Lasers, Kvant and Pangolin. Projectors are sold at the manufacturer's advertised price with the manufacturer's warranty.

Why do searches for Nice Lasers show industrial lasers or video projectors?

Because other companies and products share similar names. Nice Lasers (nicelasers.com) is a Los Angeles laser show company: show projectors, Pangolin software and CuePacks. We do not make industrial cleaning or welding lasers, and we do not sell home theater projectors.

Nice Lasers reviews: what do customers say?

The store has 28 verified reviews averaging 4.9 out of 5, most of them on CuePacks. The Beyond CuePack subscription has 16 reviews averaging 4.88. All reviews are on the customer reviews page.

What are Nice Lasers CuePacks and are they worth it?

CuePacks are ready-made laser cues for Pangolin Beyond (8 cues, $15) and QuickShow (6 cues, $10), with a new pack every week. They are worth it if you want show-ready looks without building each cue yourself. The cues that ship with Beyond and QuickShow are enough to run a show, so they are not required.

Why does my frame rate drop when I run several cues at once?

Refresh rate is the projector's scan speed divided by the points in the frame. Stacking cues adds points, so the frame rate falls. On a 30,000 points per second projector, three 600-point cues together refresh at about 17 frames per second. Run fewer cues per projector or lower the point count.
